25 Years Anniversary: Celebrating God’s faithfulness

We were thankful on Sunday 1 September as we looked back on the 25 years since Abbey Church was planted by Hillview Church (and learned a little about the 99 years before that).

This magnificent cake, baked by Victoria and approved by Roger (one of the first Elders of Abbey Church), was cut by one of the children and one of the senior members of the church, and enjoyed by many!

During our service and the informal Bring & Share lunch afterwards, we thanked God for his leading and his blessing over that time, looking forward to the future of God working in and through us.
